1. When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered 2-5 days after payment has been received. If you live in an outlying area your order may take up to 7 days to be delivered. Please take weekends and public holidays into account when calculating this. *Please note our courier is scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
2. What is the shipping cost?

A standard shipping rate of R99 per order applies. We use Postnet-to-Postnet courier service
3. Can I exchange my item for a different item?

Yes, items that are still in their original, unused condition can be exchanged for a different item within 14 days. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of delivering the original package back to our preferred locations, as soon as we receive this item, Speel will send you the new item.
4. What payment methods are available for Speel?
